    This state-of-the-art machine is engineered to manufacture various brick sizes by simply changing the molds. It is capable of producing hollow blocks, solid blocks, porous blocks, color pavers, and curbstones. The raw materials can include fly ash, slag, gangue, and other industrial waste materials, as well as river sand, gravel, and cement.

    Fully Automatic Advantages

    • Excellent Design: Our machine features a four-rod guide system with a long guide sleeve to ensure precise movement of the pressure head and mold box. The rack adjustment system enhances the balance and coordination between the pressure head and mold box during production. The compulsory rotary convection concrete feeding type ensures brick density and reduces the feeding cycle.
    • Special Mould Treatment: The wear resistance of the mold is significantly increased through quenching, tempering, carburizing, boronizing, and various heat treatment processes, extending its service life well beyond the national standard.
    • Hydraulic Control System: The high dynamic proportional valve automatically regulates the flow rate and protects the oil cylinder by reducing the impact from starting to the endpoint.
    • Vibration System: The host machine features frequency control, inspired by German frequency conversion technology. The vibrator, with an oil-immersed type, ensures high-speed load, fully liquefied concrete, and instant exhaust.
