Unlocking the QT4-25C Block Machine: A How-To Guide

Overview of the QT4-25C Block Machine

The QT4-25C is an advanced automatic concrete block making machine that efficiently produces various types of blocks, including hollow blocks, solid blocks, paver blocks, and curbstones, with a simple mold change. Known for its hydraulic press system and electrical control, this machine offers high production efficiency.

How Does the QT4-25C Work?

Raw Material Preparation

The process begins with preparing a mix of sand, cement, water, and gravel. These basic ingredients for concrete are mixed in a concrete mixer before being fed into the machine.

  • Cement
  • Sand
  • Stone chips or gravel
  • Water

Tip: The quality of raw materials directly impacts the strength and durability of the final blocks.

Feeding the Material

Once mixed, the concrete is loaded into the QT4-25C's hopper. The feeder car distributes the concrete into the down mold with the help of a vibration motor to ensure even filling. The feeder box moves back and forth for uniform distribution.

Molding and Vibration

During this stage, the mold box lowers, and high-frequency vibrations compact the material into solid blocks. This dual compaction technique ensures high block strength and precision in dimensions. The machine can produce up to 5,800 blocks in an 8-hour shift, depending on block type and mold used.

Demolding

After forming, the upper mold rises, and the bottom pallet moves the newly made blocks out of the machine, ready for curing. Blocks are placed on pallets and transferred to a curing area, typically for 7-14 days to achieve optimal strength.

Stacking and Storage

Post-curing, the blocks are stacked and prepared for transport, ensuring consistent quality suitable for both small and large production operations.
