Production Process of Paver Blocks
Raw Material Preparation: Cement, sand, aggregates, and water are accurately measured and mixed, ensuring the blocks achieve desired strength and durability. The mixture is then prepared for block machine processing.
Mixing: Ensure the concrete block making machine operates with a vibration frequency of 2,800 to 4,500 RPM, set hydraulic pressure for high compression, and maintain a cycle time of 11 to 25 seconds per operation.
